Ron Gajarian rgajarian@wintonireland.com

Ron was born and raised in Fresno. He graduated from CSU, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, in 1965.

Following graduation, he began his insurance career with Firemans Fund as a Management trainee. He started Gajarian Insurance Agency from scratch in 1969 and became a partner in Winton-Ireland, Strom & Green in 1996. Ron has taught many insurance classes for IBA West (Insurance Brokers Association) as well as for the Fresno Chamber of Commerce.

Ron is a member of the Clovis Exchange Club and several car clubs. He is married to Joyce and they have two children and three grand-children. In his spare time, Ron enjoys automobile racing and buying, selling, restoring and showing collectible Chevrolets.

Marianne was raised in Caruthers and began her career in Insurance in 1981.  She has been a licensed property & casualty agent since 1984.  She earned her Certified Professional Service Representative (CPSR) designation in 2005 and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2006.  She joined Winton-Ireland’ Strom & Green’s Fresno office in 2007.

Marianne specializes in agricultural related business, but writes all lines of operations.  She has served on the Board of the Rio Reyes Guild for The Childrens’ Hospital of Central California, and as a Program Director for her local church.

Marianne enjoys traveling, riding her Harley, reading, and spending time with family.  She resides in Selma with her husband and children.

Terri was born in New Jersey and raised in the Sonora area.

She started her insurance career with an insurance agency in Sonora, in 1980. Terri joined Winton-Ireland, Strom & Green in 2003. She is currently a life & health producer specializing in benefits, individual life, medical, and disability plans.

Terri has been the Secretary/Treasurer of the Merced Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors since 1997. She resides in Madera with her husband Don, and their two beloved dogs.  In her spare time, Terri enjoys riding motorcycles, and spending time with her grandson Ryden.

Linda grew up in the Central Valley and graduated from Clovis West High School in 1981.

She began her insurance career in 1980 in Liberty Mutual’s Health Claims Department, while finishing high school. She worked in progressively more senior claims positions with Liberty Mutual, Accordia-Lloyd Facciani Insurance Company, Transwestern Insurance Administrators, and Principal Financial Group for more than 20 years, until joining Aon Consulting’s Employee Benefits department in 2000. Linda joined Winton-Ireland, Strom & Green in May 2007, as an Employee Benefits Consultant.

Linda is an active member of the Central California Association of Health Underwriters. She has two daughters: Karissa & Summer. She is kept busy with the girls’ numerous activities, which include competitive cheering, soccer, choir, and swimming. In her spare time Linda enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and riding quads with her family on the beach.

Bob was born in Manteca, raised in Santa Cruz and moved to Fresno in 1962. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fresno State University, in 1964.

Following graduation, he joined The Hartford as a marketing representative, went to Maryland Casualty as a senior marketing representative in 1973, and spent 10 years in that role until joining Donleavy, Costa & Costa Insurance Agency. In 1992 he merged with Sheperd-Knapp & Appleton and became President of the combined organization. Bob joined Winton-Ireland as a Producer in 1998.

Bob is married to Hazel and they have two children: Robert and Debbie, and four grandchildren. In his spare time Bob loves to play golf, fish and hunt. 

Tiffany Mitchell tmitchell@wintonireland.com

Tiffany was born and raised in the Central Valley. In 1993 she graduated from Fresno High School and attended Fresno City College.

She began her insurance career in 1985 with Liberty Mutual. She worked in various positions including claims processing, and was a sales manager for a local third party administrator. She joined Winton Ireland Strom & Green in June of 2005. Tiffany specializes in employee benefits, life insurance, long term care, and individual and family plans. She is currently expanding her role to include the property and casualty classes of business.

She is a member of the Central California Association of Health Underwriters and the California Cotton Ginners and Growers Associations.

Tiffany enjoys gardening, working out at the gym, volunteering, and loves animals.
